En installation i konstrummet JordArt, en potatiskällare från 1700-talet belägen i Hörnefors 30 km sö om Umeå. I mars 2016 installerades levande potatis i själv-vattnande kärl. Potatisen fick gro och växa i full frihet helt utan tillsats av gifter, På tre månader nådde plantorna en höjd på 130 cm, utvecklade blommor och frukter, även några potatisar kunde skördas. I traditionell odling besprutas potatis upp till sju gånger innan skörd.

An installation of growing potatoes in JordArt, a showroom for art in an old cave for storing potatoes from the 18th century. In march 2016 living potatoes were installed in self-watering pots. The potatoes were able to grow in full freedom, without adding any chemicals. In three months the plants reached 130 cm, developed flowers and fruits and some potatoes as well. With traditionell farming, potatoes are treated with different chemicals seven times before harvesting.
