Love me tender är en skulptural installation i entrén till äldreboendet Ömheten i Skellefteå. Jag vill bjuda de som bor där och deras besökande anhöriga en visuell gestaltning av något de är bekanta med – kaffebrickans trevnad med värmande samtal. Brickan med kaffekanna, mjölkpaket och koppar är sydda i tovad ull. Brickan är placerad under en glashuv på en serveringsvagn.

Love me tender is a public work of art installed in the entrence of an institution for geriatric care, called Tenderness, in Skellefteå municipality. I wanted to offer the residents and their visiting relatives a wiew they are really familiar with – a nice cup of coffee with friendly talking. The tray with espressobrewer, milk parcel and cups are  needleworks of coloured and matted wool.The tray is exposed under a cap of glass on a little sideboard.
